Aascar Films and producer V Ravichandran are one of the leading Tamil film production houses.
The banner has made super hits like Anniyan, Dasavatharam and many other films which ran for weeks in Kerala.
Now the banner which is famous for producing big budget films in Tamil is entering into Malayalam industry with a low budget movie, Lucky Jokers directed by Sunil.
The film started rolling in Trivandrum. Swamy Ayyappan fame Koushik Babu and Ajmal Amir are playing the central characters.
However the highlight of the film will be veteran Tamil comedian Vadivelu who will be debuting in Malayalam with the film.
He is sharing screen space with comedians Suraj Venjarammoodu, Salimkumar, Harishree Ashokan, Jaffer Idukki and Saju Kodiyan.
Music is composed by M.Jayachandran. Aascar films will distribute the film during the Vishu season.
