The film has been directed by the Rajesh Kannankara who has directed a few tele serials. The script is by the director himself. Asif, Nishan and Abhishek will don the roles of the three friends. Ananya is the heroine.
The shooting of the film began at Kavalam near Changanassery. The film has music by Mohan Sitara.
Besdies Asif Ali, Nishan, Ananya and Abhishek, the film also has other actors as Samudrakani, Biju Menon, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Alakanandha, Devan, Bijukuttan, Jagathy Sreekumar, Abhishek, Saikumar, Kaviyoor Ponnamma, Shobha Mohan, Ambika Mohan and Vijayaraghavan doing key roles.
'Ithu Nammude Katha' has been produced by Tajudeen and Sanju under the banner Platinum Creations.
the film has been shot on locations at Kaavalam and Changanassery.
